    3. The design of the material rack

    The design of material rack needs to meet the following requirements:

    ①The placement of the product should be reasonable, so that it is easy to pick and place the product;

    ②Select the part with higher product strength as the supporting point, and choose the appropriate supporting structure; 

    ③After placing the product, it should be stable and fixed firmly; 

    ④The compression structure is preferred to mechanical compression;

    ⑤Appropriate cushioning materials should be used for the contact parts of the product;

    ⑥Under the premise of not wasting transportation space, the same size chassis is preferred to facilitate stacking of different product racks.
